Codeum provides web development, software development, and related technology services including but not limited to:

- E-commerce solutions
- CRM and ERP system development
- API integrations and third-party services
- SEO optimization and digital marketing
- Technical consulting and support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
03User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials

04Payment Terms
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be outlined in your service agreement:

05Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:
- Client Work: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed solutions
- Pre-existing Tools: Codeum retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Third-party Components: Subject to their respective licenses and terms
- Open Source: Any open-source components remain under their original licenses
Codeum may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
You grant us a limited license to use your trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of providing services and portfolio display.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We provide services
"as is" without warranties of any kind - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
