The task
The online school had squeezed its classic channels dry: paid social kept rising, the audience was burning out. The hypothesis was Telegram: a highly engaged audience — but no experience with the official platform, and placements bought from random compilations had delivered bots.
The solution
We built a channel → bot → sale funnel. Official Telegram Ads drove subscriptions to a content channel (short native creatives, dozens of variants under test). Placements were vetted manually: channels checked for inflated stats via view dynamics and audience overlap — a third of candidates got cut. The bot delivered a lead magnet and qualified subscribers, handing the warm ones to sales. Every source is tagged — end-to-end analytics tracks the path to payment.
The result
A subscriber costs €1.1 — half of what the burned-out social channel delivered. Five months brought +9,400 real subscribers, with 14% reaching an inquiry through the bot. The channel became an asset: a single broadcast now launches every course cohort at zero reach cost.
