Turnkey crypto exchange: automated deals and AML screening

Challenge

The exchange business ran by hand: an operator calculated the rate in a spreadsheet, asked for a transfer screenshot, sent the counter-payment. The service slept at night, rate errors ate the margin, and scaling was capped by headcount.

Solution

We built an automated exchange: streaming rates from markets with a configurable spread, a unique address per deal, incoming-transaction detection and automatic payout after confirmations. The hot wallet holds an operational limit; surplus moves to cold storage. AML screening of incoming addresses runs before the deal — risky ones route to manual review. Reserves and the deal journal live in the admin panel.

Result

90% of deals complete with no human involved; the average takes under 5 minutes. The service runs around the clock: night volume that used to be lost became a third of turnover. The operator turned from cashier into exception controller.
