Brand-to-marketplace integration: one catalog for every storefront
- 1 hour
- new product on all channels
- −95%
- overselling between storefronts
- 3
- storefronts from one catalog

Challenge
An apparel brand sold on its own site and two marketplaces — maintaining three catalogs by hand. A new product took two days: cards, photos and stock entered separately per platform. Shared stock across three storefronts with no sync produced overselling and marketplace penalties.
Solution
We made the master catalog the single source of truth: a card is created once and the system converts it to each platform’s requirements — attributes, categories, photo formats. Stock distributes across storefronts by rules with a buffer; a sale on one platform instantly reduces availability on the others. Prices are managed centrally with each platform’s commission factored in.
Result
New products reach all storefronts in an hour, handled by one content manager. Overselling fell 95% — penalties and cancellations stopped. The brand added a third channel without hiring: onboarding a storefront is a mapping task, not a new department.
