Payments and fiscal compliance integration: online payments with automated receipts

Challenge

An online-course company took payments via bank links, issued fiscal receipts manually on a physical device, and processed refunds over days. Every promo turned into an accounting fire drill, and the lack of installments cut conversion on premium tiers.

Solution

We assembled the payment circuit: card acquiring, instant transfers and installments right in checkout; a cloud fiscal service issues a compliant receipt for every payment and refund automatically, delivered to the customer at the moment of purchase. Status webhooks open course access instantly. The payment registry exports to accounting — reconciliation stopped being manual.

Result

Receipts fire themselves — the accountant does accounting, not cashier work. Installments lifted premium-tier payment conversion by 23%. Refunds became a button with an automatic refund receipt: days turned into a minute.
