The task

Inquiries are tagged and merged into shared analytics with the search channel.
The result
240 inquiries a month at a quarter of the search-ad lead price. The chain’s listings hold TOP-3 positions for key services in their districts. The channel went from “tried it, doesn’t work” to the primary lead source for two locations out of four.
