The task

The clinic poured budget into search ads via a freelancer: leads at $27, half of them junk inquiries. The inherited account held a hundred overlapping campaigns and not a single configured goal — money was spent blind.

The solution

Analytics came first: call tracking, booking goals, a link to the clinic’s CRM — it became visible which campaign brings patients and which brings “just asking” calls. We rebuilt the structure: hot service queries separated, brand terms separated, display with weekly placement cleanup. For high-ticket services (implants) we added a “calculate your cost” quiz that qualifies and warms. Paid social took retargeting and look-alikes built on the patient base.

The result

Cost per lead fell from $27 to $11 over three months of systematic cleanup. Volume grew to 312 leads a month on the same budget — money flowed from junk placements into working combinations. The clinic finally sees advertising in patients and money, not clicks.
