Challenge

A chain of four repair shops took bookings by phone only: at peak hours the front desk couldn’t keep up and customers went to competitors. The old brochure site showed neither prices nor available time slots.

Solution

We built the site around booking: the customer picks a service, a location and a free bay slot — the system accounts for job duration automatically. A calculator estimates a price range by car make and job type before any call. A page per service (diagnostics, maintenance, tires) with honest prices became the SEO foundation. Mechanics get bookings in Telegram; customers get SMS reminders.

Result

Within two months, 68% of bookings went through the site with no staff involved, and total bookings grew 2.1× — the phone line stopped being the bottleneck. The chain scaled intake without hiring more administrators.
