Challenge
A wholesaler with 400+ active clients took orders by email and messengers: managers manually cross-checked prices (every client has custom discounts), stock levels, and re-keyed orders into the ERP. Line and price errors were weekly routine; managers drowned in typing instead of selling.
Solution
We built a B2B portal: a client logs in and sees the catalog with their individual prices and live ERP stock. Orders assemble in a cart, reorders take one click from history, documents generate automatically. The manager became a curator instead of an operator: the system flags clients with declining volumes and abandoned carts.
Result
Six months in, 73% of orders flow through the portal with no manager involved. Order errors nearly vanished — clients pick from a live catalog themselves. Each manager handles 2.4× more clients, and it’s sales growth, not burnout: the system took the routine.
