Challenge
A chain of three dental clinics acquired patients mainly through aggregators and paid ads — both channels getting more expensive every quarter. Their own website sat at the bottom of page two in search: slow, with no pages for specific services and identical titles across all sections. Organic search brought 5–7 leads per month across all locations.
Solution
Technical foundation. We rebuilt the site on a fast static platform: every page loads instantly, Core Web Vitals in the green zone. Medical structured data was set up — doctors, services, reviews and prices are readable by search engines.
Demand-driven structure. Keyword research showed that 80% of demand consists of specific queries: “dental implant full price”, “microscope-assisted treatment”, “pediatric dentist + district”. We created 60+ service pages with honest prices, work photos and answers to patient questions — each page covering its own query cluster.
Local SEO. Every location got its own page with a map, directions and doctors’ schedules; Google Business profiles were connected and cleaned up. Online booking works straight from search results.
Result
Within six months the site reached TOP-3 for 40+ commercial queries in its city. Organic leads tripled and overtook aggregators, while patient acquisition cost halved — the clinic reallocated its ad budget to new treatment rooms. Work continues: we’re expanding into adjacent service queries.
