The task
The three-studio chain already ran on our CRM — bookings and memberships lived in the system, yet clients still called and messaged. The goal was to hand control to the client: view schedules, book classes, track remaining sessions and renew — no front desk involved.
The solution
The app became a client layer over the CRM: a live schedule with real seat counts, two-tap booking and cancellation, remaining sessions on the home screen, in-app renewal with payment. Pushes closed the no-show gap: a reminder 3 hours before class with “coming / cancel” buttons — a freed seat instantly goes to the waitlist. When a membership nears its end, the app offers an early-renewal discount.
The result
70% of bookings moved into the app — the studio phone went quiet. Class no-shows fell 45%: the waitlist absorbs cancellations automatically. Renewals grew 27% — a reminder at the right moment beat every promo campaign.
